Application Guidelines

1. Candidates must carefully read the prospectus and ensure they meet all eligibility criteria for admission.

2. After confirming their eligibility, candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 700/- online by clicking the "Payment" link..

3. During the online fee payment, candidates must provide the required preliminary information, Name, Gender, Applying Degree,contact number. After completing the payment, they must download the receipt and upload the same.

4. Candidates should have the following documents ready in JPEG or PDF format:

   • Payment Receipt

   • Passport-size color photograph (3.5 x 4.5 cm) and Signature (1.5 x 3.5 cm)

   • Aadhaar scan copy

   • SSC certificate, Caste certificate (if applicable)

   • PH certificate (if applicable)

   • Special category certificates (Sports, NCC, CAP, etc., if applicable)

5. To submit the online application, candidates must click the "Application" link and sign in using their Gmail account. This will open the online application form.

6. Candidates must carefully choose their course during the online application process. Once a course is selected, it cannot be changed.

7. If a candidate incorrectly enters their caste/category in the application and is selected under a different reservation category, admission will be denied, and the caste/category cannot be changed.

8. While submitting the online application, candidates must upload the documents mentioned in point 4. Selected candidates must also produce the original certificates at the time of admission for verification against the information provided in the application.

9. Candidates claiming special category reservations (PH, CAP, NCC, Sports) must upload the relevant certificates issued by the appropriate authorities. Submission of incorrect or false certificates will result in immediate rejection of the selection.

10. Candidates must fill in all details accurately and without errors. They are solely responsible for any mistakes or incorrect information submitted, which may lead to the rejection of their application/admission.

11. After submitting the online application, candidates must print a copy of the application form and retain it for future reference.

12. Applications/admissions will be immediately rejected without further notice if a candidate is ineligible according to the established norms or fails to submit the necessary documents, as specified in the application, at the time of admission.
